Cloudera Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of the Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

Cloudera announced the closing of its initial public offering.

Palo Alto, Calif. – May 03, 2017 – Cloudera, Inc. (NYSE:CLDR), provider of the leading modern platform for machine learning and advanced analytics built on the latest open source technologies, announced the closing of its initial public offering of 17,250,000 shares of its common stock, including the 2,250,000 shares sold upon full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares of common stock. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CLDR” on April 28, 2017. 

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Allen & Company LLC acted as lead bookrunners for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as book-running managers and Stifel, JMP Securities, and Raymond James acted as co-managers.
